Diablo 3 Review

The 15th March 2012 is the date set to release the latest incarnation from the creators of world of warcraft.Blizzards highly anticipated Diablo 3 is expected to be the best RPG to be released in 2012. This article takes a look at what to expect from the game

Diablo 3 is set twenty years ahead of Diablo 2 and players will see themselves transported back to the world of sanctuary where demons are running amok. Your role is to stop the demons from hell running riot in sanctuary.

With plenty of new features and gameplay, it now incorporates interactive scenery. Got some Demons to fight on a bridge? Well, now you can make it fall down. The enemy AI has been improved as they can now ambush you from nowhere.

The in game improvements haven`t gone down to well with some hardcore fans, they feel the improvements detract from the Diablo 2 gameplay. However, we feel these improvements enhance the playing experience and know that you will too.

Besides the complaints, Diablo 3 has a great deal to offer, and needs too to keep up with the likes of Elder Scrolls V. The graphics and gameplay have been improved and beta testers have said that it plays very well and is on par with previous releases.Reviews of the game do lean towards it being very good.

Having said that, it's good to know that , based on previews, has found a good balance between innovation and what worked in the past. For example, like previous games, players will be able to choose different types of characters, and each of these characters will have different skills sets accessible to them. Also, different characters will have access to different types of equipment and game play. The Barbarian, for example, is expected to be a close combat character, whereas the Wizard is expected to be proficient at range attacks.

You will also cross paths with many characters such as craftsman to improve your weapons and followers to help you out on your quests. These additions and enhancements will put Diablo 3 into the classic game bracket.

Just before we finish this review, there are two important things to remember. Battlenet and Auction House. These features allow the players to play online with other players as well as buy and sell items for in-game currency and real money.
